Telehealth Welcome Kit
I created and executed the communications plan to promote Teladoc, a new telemedicine service offered to union members and their families. As part of the communications plan, I adapted and edited materials from Teladoc for this welcome kit, which was mailed to more than 152,600 members. I also wrote and edited articles, website updates, and e-newsletters introducing the service.

The 1199SEIU Benefit and Pension Funds’ annual report tallies the impact of the health insurance, child care, training and pension benefits provided to members of the nation's largest healthcare union.
To complement the 2014 data on child care benefits, I wrote a profile on how Ciprian, a maintentance technician at Mount Sinai Queens, was able to send his daughter to low-cost SAT prep classes thanks to his child care benefits through the Funds. This report was sent to more than 850 Funds employer, trustee and union contacts.
